YL-2010銀漿是一種以銀粉為介質(zhì)的新型單組份環(huán)氧導(dǎo)電膠。此產(chǎn)品具有導(dǎo)電率高，附著力強(qiáng)可焊性好及印刷性好等特點(diǎn)，特別適用于印刷精細(xì)的圖案。
YL-2010 silver paste series is a novel one-component epoxy paste using silver powder as conducting medium. This product shows outstanding contact conductivity, adhesion, solderability and printability which is especially suitable for a fine-pattern.
